Despite being surrounded by homes, this site was used as an industrial lot.
Instead, we have designed a series of nine contemporary townhouses and stand-alone units which will fit into the character of the area far better and lead the charge in increasing the diversity and availability of homes in the area.
The homes are compact (a footprint of between roughly 40 and 45m2), making incredibly efficient use of the land while creating quality 2- and 3-bedroom homes.
